钟世启

 中华人民共和国中国传统艺术鉴定评估委员会评定艺术品价值：国画8200元/平方尺。现任职香港大中华文化出版社记者、高级编辑，香港大中华文化艺术研究院常务副院长，珠江文艺出版社副总编。

钟世启先生自幼年就开始酷爱绘画，后曾在一所中学任教十几年，为开拓艺术事业，改而专业从事绘画。经常参加国际、国内的艺术大展、大赛活动，获得入选奖、一等奖、铜奖、银奖、金奖、金牌奖、金杯奖、特别金奖、荣誉金奖、特别国际荣誉金奖、金爵奖、华夏精英金奖、杰出成就金奖等数十次。作品在北京美术馆、中国展览馆、韩国、日本、美国、加拿大、泰国等巡展。中国文化部、中国文联、世界教科文卫组织等多次授予“中国杰出艺术家”、“世界杰出华人艺术家”等荣誉称号。作品入编《中国美术集》、《世界美术集》等数十部作品集。生平入编《中国美术家传》、《世界美术家传》、《中国专家大辞典》、《世界名人录》等数十部典籍。

 《钟世启先生的月份牌画和他的探索创新》

钟世启先生现在致力于中国濒临于绝迹的民国月份牌商业画（又俗称年画）研究和创新，将这商业广告画与西方表现手法结合起来，形成另一种纯艺术，既继承又创新，的确是美术界的一个“革新者”，更是一个中国月份牌画的挽救者。把传统的月份牌擦笔年画作如此认真创新，归类，以专业、专职、专项的纯艺术角度来投入，恐怕中国美术界为数不多，或者仅仅此人。所以中国艺术界认为钟世启先生是我国月份牌画唯一脱离商业的、以纯艺术创作的奠基者，把清末，民国月份牌商业画脱胎为纯艺术中国画的创始人。我们看到他的作品，全都是钟先生采用进口不退色的矿石颜料，抛弃易退色的碳精品色颜料粉，结合各类型号的画笔（油画笔、毛笔、刷笔等）创作出来的。作品里的人物栩栩如新，大部是在中国历史上具有相当影响力的中华古今著名才女，或者画家也借此在呼吁“男女平等”吧！同时，又不难看出作品完全超出了旧有的月份牌格调，构图既保持了中国画本来的审美要求，而造型和色彩即采纳了西方科学的写实手法。人物画本来就很难创作，但画家的月份牌画居然还配上那么丰富的背景，而且一点也不会影响到画面的主题，这就显示出了一个艺术家的涵养和造诣。画面“浓、淡、冷、暖”的色彩对比，环境的融合，使作品产生了一种三维空间的感觉，似乎让我们更加明白了汉语词典里“完美”一词的真正含义。从作品的每一笔触里，让人感觉到画家创作的认真和严谨态度。看先生画作时，甚至可以让人感觉得到画家当时创作的呼吸和心跳，大家从他的画中已经完完全全体味到了画家所付出的宝贵时间和大量精力，使自己被这种精神深深打动。相比于一些所谓的名家乱画一通，又所谓一些人的让人有些恶心的“美术创新”，欺蒙大众百姓，比起来我更支持这位雅俗共存、脚踏实地、实事求是，不求名利，创作认真严谨又大众化的画家──钟世启老师。

《继承中国传统月份牌画任重道远》

中国传统月份牌画一贯被美术界有所贬低，可它却的的确确也是我们伟大祖国，伟大民族在历史上产生的另一具传统的画种，钟先生肩负重任、舍去名利、为挽救它，把它顶了起来，我们从心里面佩服他、支持他、感激他为我们中国美术界作出了如此默默无闻、无私的奉献，这是我们支持他的真实理由。试问当今艺术发展中且又泛滥些浮燥的氛围里，有谁还敢和钟先生一样选择这个濒临灭绝的“冷门”来继承和创新的？！中国艺术界著名的大家、画家娄师白老人深感钟世启先生的艺术成果来之不易，影响深远，在北京画展上满怀希望地握住他的手说：“一定要继续创作下去！一定要继续创作下去！”。中央电视台国际频道“行业之星”节目也对他的艺术业绩进行了专题采访。

Works in Beijing Art Museum, China exhibition hall, South Korea, Japan, the United States, Canada, Thailand and other touring exhibitions. The Ministry of culture of China, China Federation of literary and art, world organization for education, science, culture and health, etc. have awarded many honorary titles such as "outstanding Chinese artist" and "outstanding Chinese artist in the world". His works are included in dozens of works such as Chinese art collection and world art collection. His life has been included in dozens of ancient books, such as the Chinese art family, the world art family, the Chinese expert dictionary, and the world's celebrities.

Mr. Zhong Shiqi's calendar painting and his exploration and innovation

Mr. Zhong Shiqi is now committed to the research and innovation of the calendar commercial painting (also known as new year's painting) in the Republic of China, which is on the verge of extinction. He combines this commercial advertising painting with Western expression techniques to form another pure art, which is both inherited and innovated. He is indeed a "innovator" in the art field, and also a rescuer of the calendar painting in China. I'm afraid that there are only a few or only one person in the Chinese art circle who has made such serious innovation and classification of the traditional calendar year painting and devoted themselves to professional, full-time and special pure art. Therefore, the Chinese art circle believes that Mr. Zhong Shiqi is the only founder of pure artistic creation who separated from commerce in China's calendar painting. He gave birth to the founder of pure artistic Chinese painting in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. We can see that his works are all created by Mr. Zhong using imported non fading mineral pigments, discarding the carbon fine pigment powder which is easy to fade, and combining various types of brushes (oil painting brush, brush, etc.). The characters in the works are lifelike. Most of them are famous talented women of ancient and modern China who have considerable influence in Chinese history. Or the painters are also calling for "equality between men and women"! At the same time, it is not difficult to see that the work completely exceeds the old calendar style. The composition not only maintains the original aesthetic requirements of Chinese painting, but also adopts the western scientific realism techniques in modeling and color. It is difficult to create figure paintings, but the calendar paintings of the artists are still equipped with such a rich background, and will not affect the theme of the painting at all, which shows the self-cultivation and attainments of an artist. The color contrast of "thick, light, cold and warm" and the integration of environment make the works have a sense of three-dimensional space, which seems to make us understand the real meaning of "perfect" in Chinese dictionary. From every stroke of the work, one can feel the seriousness and preciseness of the painter's creation. When you look at Mr. Chen's paintings, you can even feel the breath and heartbeat of the painter's creation at that time. From his paintings, you have fully appreciated the precious time and a lot of energy paid by the painter, which deeply moved you. Compared with the so-called famous painters' doodling and the so-called disgusting "art innovation" of some people, I'm more supportive of the artist, Mr. Zhong Shiqi, who is both refined and popular, is down-to-earth, practical and realistic, does not seek fame and wealth, and creates serious, rigorous and popular works.

"Inheriting Chinese traditional calendar painting has a long way to go"

Chinese traditional calendar painting has always been belittled by the art world, but it is indeed another kind of traditional painting produced by our great motherland and the great nation in history. Mr. Zhong shouldered the heavy responsibility, gave up fame and wealth, and put it on the top in order to save it. We admire him, support him, and appreciate him for making so unknown and unknown for our Chinese art world This is our real reason for supporting him. In today's art development and some floating atmosphere, who dares to choose this endangered "cold door" to inherit and innovate like Mr. Zhong?! Mr. Lou Shibai, a famous artist in the Chinese art circle, deeply felt that Mr. Zhong Shiqi's artistic achievements were hard won and far-reaching. He held his hand hopefully at the Beijing Art Exhibition and said: "we must continue to create! We must continue to create! ". CCTV international channel "industry star" program also conducted a special interview on his artistic performance.
