天津人。擅国画。天津画院。十余岁始临摹古代绘画之复制品，15岁因贫寒轰学，学徒后为职员，仍自学绘画。19岁随刘子久习画。曾任天津美术出版社编辑部副主任。天津美术家协会副主席。天津画院专业画家、一级美术师。享受政府特殊津贴。现为中国美术家协会理事、天津市美术家协会副主席、天津市文学艺术界联合会委员、天津市国画研究会副主席、天津画院一级画师（教授）、天津市文学艺术界联合会委员、天津市国画研究会副主席。作品有《太行十月》、《秦岭烟云》、《峨眉天下秀》、《山居图》、《李白诗意》等入选全国美展，有作品获奖。出版有《孙克纲画集》、《山水技法》、《山水课画稿》等十余种。
